Resolution No. 1500 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF PAUL PASSIG AS ELECTRICAL <br />INSPECTOR AND FIXING HIS COMPENSATION. <br />WHEREAS the Mayor did on the / day of <br />January,'1948,.appoint Paul Passig as Electr-lcal Inspector., <br />and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to approve said <br />appointment; nova, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Paul <br />Passig as Electrical Inspector be and the same is hereby <br />approved. <br />Section 2. The compensation of said Paul <br />Passig as Electrical Inspector shall be .:sum equal to <br />the fees of the office. <br />Section 3. The term of said Paul Passig <br />as Electrical Inspector shall begin on the date of his <br />appointment by the Mayor and shall continue during the <br />pleasure of the Mayor and Council. <br />Section 4. This resolution is hereby declared <br />to.be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it <br />is necessary for the immediate preservation of public health, <br />peace, safety and welfare, that this resolution be passed at <br />once and shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />its passage. <br />Passed: January 61 1948. <br />OY <br />N. <br />1� <br />
