Resolution No. 1499 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE <br />LIUNICIPAL BUS DEPARTMENT. <br />WAEREAS on the day of . January, 1948, <br />the Mayor appointed Ray Bitte as Chief Bus Mechanic and <br />R. C. Sisson and Oscar Henninger as bus cleaners, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to approve said <br />appointments; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted,. Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the following appointments by <br />the Mayor of employees for_ the Municipal Bus Department be, <br />and the same are hereby, approved, to wit: <br />CHIEF BUS MECHANIC: Ray Bittel <br />BUS CLEANERS: R. C. Sisson <br />Oscar Henninger <br />- Section 2. The term of each of said employees <br />shall begin on the date of.his appointment by the Mayor <br />and continue during the pleasure of the Mayor and Council. <br />Section 3. The compensation of each of said <br />employees shall be that compensation provided for in the <br />resolutions heretofore passed by the Council of this Village <br />fixing the compensation of the respective employees of the. <br />Municipal Bus Line. <br />Section 4. This resolution is hereby declared <br />toIbe an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, <br />safety, health and welfare and for the daily operation of <br />a municipal department of the Village of North Olmsted, that <br />this resolution be passed at once and.it shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after its passage. <br />Passed January 6, 1948. <br />Mayor <br />
