<br />ELECTRIC STREET LIGHTING SERVICE IN THE VILLAGE AND DIRECTING THE CLERK
<br />' or. THE VILLAGE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR FURNISHING SUCH SERVICE.

<br />Section 1. That-said 'Specifications and Lamp Location Plat on file
<br />in the office% of,the; -Clerk•of,,the.•Village, for furnishing electric street light-
<br />ing service tin ',the', Village,,-.be and, the• same; are hereby, approved.
<br />Section: 2. , Tha.t.. the Clerk of the Pillage ,be authorized, and directed
<br />to advertise once a week ,for,two:consecutive..weeks ♦in a; newspaper °,of general
<br />circulation'within , the,Village,.for.bids for,furnishi,ng:electric street lighting
<br />service in accordance,•with said Specifications ♦and Lamp Location Plat.
<br />Section j. That -this resolution is hereby declared to be an emer-
<br />gency measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
<br />health and •,safety;; of the, Village, -, and, i,proyided it , receives - the - affirmative vote
<br />of two - thirds of ,,all{ of..the members elected to council, it shall _take effect and
<br />be in force fiom=aid� aft er,it's passage; otherwise. it - shall - take,- effect and be in
<br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
