Resolution No. 1494 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF F. S. BOONE TO FURNISH 570 TONS OF <br />SLAG FOR WHITETHORN ROAD. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement only one bid <br />was received for the furnishing of slag for Whitethorn <br />Road, to wit, from F. S. Boone, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to accept said bid; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE I`r RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of F. S. Boone for furnish- <br />ing : 570 .`tons.;.of slag for I hitethorn Road be and the same is <br />hereby accepted and the Mayor and Clerk are authorized <br />-to enter into a contract with F. S. Boone for the furnishing <br />of slag for Whitethorn Road in accordance with,said bid. <br />Section 20 This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br />Passed: November 18, 1947. <br />iayor. <br />�9 <br />
