Resolution No. 1493 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF 'C. A. SCHUPP FOR GRADING <br />WHITETHORN ROAD. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement, a bid for <br />grading Whitethorn Road was received from C. A. Schupp, <br />and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to accept said <br />bid; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the;Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 10 That the'bid,of C. A. Schupp for <br />grading Whitethorn Road be and the same is hereby accepted <br />and the Mayor and Clerk are authorized and directed to <br />enter into.a.-contract with C. A. Schupp for the grading <br />of Whitethorn Road in accordance with said bid. <br />Section 2.- This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br />Passdd: November 18, 1947. <br />___ C_er Mayor <br />
