Resolution No. 1491 <br />By Mr. Baumgardner <br />A RESOLUTION <br />REQUESTING THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO UNDERTAKE <br />A MOSQUITO AND FLY ELIMINATION PROJECT IN CUYAHOGA COUNTY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />Village of , North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this Council hereby <br />requests the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga <br />County to take the necessary action to establish a project <br />for mosquito and fly elimination similar to that now <br />being carried on in Cook County, Illinois. <br />Section 2. That the Clergy: be and he <br />is authorized and directed to mail a certified copy of <br />this resolution to the,Board of County Commissioners of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall take <br />effect and be in force ' from and after the earliest period, <br />allowed by law. <br />Passed; October 7, 1947. <br />C er Mayor <br />
