Resolution No. 1490 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />REQUESTING GENERAL MOTORS TO INSTALL TWO,MODEL TGH -3610 <br />HYDRAULIC TRANSMISSIONS <br />WHEREAS this Council has heretofore entered into <br />a contract with General Motors Corporation for the furnishing <br />of motor busses, and <br />WHEREAS said contract provided for the furnishing <br />of manual gear shifts in said busses, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to have hydraulic <br />transmissionsinstalled in said busses; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of ' <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That request is hereby made to General <br />Motors Corporation to install hydraulic transmissions in the <br />two new busses that are being delivered to the Village of <br />North Olmsted,known as Models TGH -3610, at a cost of not to <br />exceed o " each. <br />Section 2.
