I <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement for bids <br />efi <br />for the sale of the old police car, only one bid was <br />received, to wit, Beebe & Elliott, $$62540, and ; f <br />`MEREAS this Council desires to accept said <br />bid; now therefore, <br />1, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of .B6dbe .& Elliott <br />to purchase the old 2 -door Nash police car for the <br />sum of . $625.00 be and the same is hereby accepted and <br />the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to sell said old <br />police car in accordance with said bid. <br />Section 2.
