Resolution No. <br />By Mr. <br />t <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ISSUE TO THE Rc.CrFOATION BOARD <br />TWO HUNDRED TICKETS FOR TRANSPORTATION ON T HE NORTH <br />OLMSTED,I01TICIPAL BUS LINE. <br />177E ^AS the Recreation Board is establishing a <br />recreational center at the North Olmsted Tiunicipal Park, <br />and <br />111REAS children of school age living in the <br />east and 'west end of the Village will need transportation <br />to reach the recreational center at the North Olmsted 1 <br />Municipal Park, and <br />=I <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to furnish transporta- <br />tion for said children on the North Olmsted Yunicipal Bus ° <br />Line; now, therefore, <br />g <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />- North Olmsted, Ohio:: <br />Section 1. That the Idayor be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to issue not to exceed .two hundred' <br />tickets for-rides on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line <br />between the westerly limits and the easterly limits of <br />the Village and the North Olmsted 1unicipal Park, to the <br />Recreation Board; said rides to be free of charge.' <br />Section 2: The Recreation' Board shall have authority <br />to distribute said tickets to such of the schaol.children <br />as, in. their opinion, are-entitled to ride from their homes <br />to the, recreational center. <br />Section 3. Said tickets shall be good for a period <br />beginning on the date of issue and ending on the 31st day <br />of August, 1947. <br />Section 4. This resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br />Passed: July 1, 1947. <br />
