Resolution No. 1466 <br />By Mr. Bi ddulph <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTIv1ENT OF EARL DONALDSON AND <br />THEODORE DeWERTH AS REGULAR FIRET ,,IEN AS OF MAY 1st, 1947. <br />V,1HEREAS the Mayor has appointed Earl Donaldson <br />and Theodore DeWerth as regular firemen as of May 1st, <br />1947, and <br />IMREAS Earl Donaldson and Theodore DeWerth <br />have served their probationary period and shall start <br />at the maximum pay for regular firemen as fixed by the <br />ordinance heretofore passed fixing salaries to be paid <br />to members of the Fire Department, and <br />111iEREAS this Council desires to approve said <br />appointments; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOL17ED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Earl <br />Donaldson and Theodore DeWerth as regular firemen as <br />of Tray lst, 1947, be and the same is hereby approved. ' <br />Section 0. The term of said Earl Donaldson <br />and Theodore Dellerth as . regular firemen shall begin on <br />T,Iay lst, 1947, and continue in accordance with the <br />statutes of the State of Ohio. <br />Section 3. The compensation of Earl Donaldson <br />and Theodore DeWerth shall be that compensation provided' <br />for regular firemen who have served their probationary` <br />period, in Ordinance No. 699 heretofore passed by Council <br />fixing the salaries to be paid to members of the Fire <br />Department., <br />Section 4.
