Parcel No. 2: <br />Situated in the Village of North <br />Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, <br />and known as being part of Original Olmsted <br />Township Lot No. 21, Tract 6, bounded and de- <br />scribed as follows; <br />Beginning in the center line of Dover <br />Center.Road (60 feet wide) as widened and shown= <br />on the 'Road record plat in Volume B, Page 24 of <br />Cuyahoga County-Records, at its intersection with <br />the center line of Mill Road; thence North `00 141 <br />00" East along said center line of Dover Center <br />Road, about 138.66 feet to the Southeasterly corner <br />of a parcel of land conveyed to Edgar T. Cutler <br />and Ethel M. Cutler by Deed dated November 23,1943, <br />and recorded in Volume 5672, ,Page 267 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records; thence South 880 501 3011 West along <br />the Southerly line of said parcel so conveyed to <br />Edgar T. Cutler and Ethel M. Cutler, 225 feet to <br />the Southwesterly corner of said parcel; thence <br />South 00 141 00" West about 84.89 feet to the <br />center line of Mill Road; thence South 770 381 40t1 <br />East along said center line of Mill Road, about <br />230.06 feet to the place of beginning, be the same <br />more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />Section 2. That the purchase price of said <br />roperty is to be Eighteen Hundred Dollars ($1800.001-, <br />800.00 of which has been advanced by the committee,- <br />150.00 as a down payment and the balance of $650.00 to <br />the Clerk, leaving a balance of $1000.00 of the purchase <br />price to be paid by the Village; the Village to pay, all <br />costs in connection with said purchase, to wit, cost of <br />title guaranty in the sum of $1800.00, escrow fee, cost <br />of recording the deed and other incidental expenses. <br />Section 3. The Clerk be and is hereby <br />authorized to issue a check in the sum of $1730.00 to <br />The Cuyahoga Abstract Title & Trust Company to pay the <br />purchase price of said.property to be purchased from <br />Edgar T. and Ethel 11.
