Resolution No. 1462 <br />By Mr. Oldham <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF . F. S. BOONE FOR SLAG <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement, bids were <br />received for furnishing necessary labor and material <br />for surface treatment of various streets in the Village, <br />and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to accept the <br />bid of F. S. Boone for furnishing and spreading slag <br />for the sum of $553.50, it being the lowest and best <br />bid for slag, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />EE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of F. S. Boone <br />for furnishing and spreading slag on various streets <br />in the Village for the sum of $553.50 be and the same <br />is hereby accepted and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby <br />authorized-and directed to enter into a contract with <br />F. S. Boone for furnishing and spreading slag on the <br />various streets in the Village in accordance with said <br />bid. <br />Section 2.
