Resolution No. 1461 <br />By Mr. Bidwell <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING TF1E BID OF AJAX PETROLEUM PRODUCTS FOR <br />SURFACE TREATING ROADS. <br />VMREAS after due advertisement bids were .received <br />for furnishing necessary labor and material for surface <br />treatment of various streets in the Village, and <br />IAMREAS this Council desires to accept the bid of <br />...Ajax Petroleum Products for surface treating for the sum <br />of $1716.50, it being the lowest and best bid., <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of Ajax Petroleum Products <br />to furnish surface treatment for the sum of $1716.50 be <br />and the same is hereby accepted and the Mayor and Clerk <br />be and they are hereby authorized to enter into a contract <br />with Ajax Petroleum Products for surface treatment of <br />various streets in the Village in accordance with said <br />bid. <br />Section 0.
