Resolution No: 1459 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF BEEBE &.ELLIOTT FOR FURNISHING <br />A POLICE . CAR. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement, a bid was <br />received from Beebe & Elliott for furnishing a police <br />car, 1947 Nash, Model 4768, for $1765.25, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to accept said <br />b id, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of Beebe & Elliott <br />for the sale of a police car be and the same is hereby <br />accepted, and the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby <br />authorized and directed to purchase a 1947 Nash, Model <br />4768,from Beebe & Elliott for the sum of $1765.25 in <br />accordance with said bid. <br />Section '2.
