i <br />Resolution No. 1458 <br />By Mr. �w-v <br />A RESOLUTION OF SYMPATHY <br />i� - <br />XMIREAS death has taken from our midst our <br />friend and leader, David L. Douglass, and <br />SVHEREAS in his death the Village of North <br />Olmsted has suffered the loss of one of its most honored, <br />beloved, respected and distinguished citizens and the <br />members of this Council have lost a devoted friend, a <br />capable and sound adviser and counselor, and <br />WHEREAS it is the desire of this Council to <br />express to his family their heartfelt sympathy at this <br />time <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IEE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of.North.Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Section 1. That we, the members of the <br />Council of-the Village of. -North Olmsted, collectively <br />and individually, for ourselves and in our representative <br />capacity, express in this formal manner to the family <br />of David L. Douglass the deep sympathy of this Village. <br />Section 2. That this resolution be spread <br />.upon the minutes of the Council of the Village of North <br />Olmsted as a memorial and a copy hereof, properly sub- <br />scribed by the Mayor and Clerk, delivered to the family <br />of David L.
