t <br />Resolution No, 1457 <br />By Ear. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF CHARLES 11. INGERSOLL COMPANY <br />TO FURNISH THE VILLAGE. A PENNSYLVANIA FAIRWAY TRIO, <br />THREE GANG MOWER. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement only one <br />bid was received for furnishing a three gang Pennsylvania <br />mower, to wit, from Charles M. Ingersoll Company in the <br />sum of $645.00, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to accept said <br />bid, <br />1 <br />NO WS THEREFORE:, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of.North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of Charles M. <br />Ingersoll- Company for furnishing the Village a <br />Pennsylvania Fairway Trio, "3 gang mower, 30" units, <br />10" steel wheels'. at a cost of $645.00, be and the <br />same is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Clerk <br />are hereby authorized_ to enter into a contract for <br />the purchase of said mower in accordance with said <br />bid, <br />Section 2.
