Cecil, Charley Ge ib and R. M. <br />Haviland, ��?240.70 each, for overpayment of the water <br />line on Root Road, . <br />NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council.of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />Section 1. That the Clerk be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to pay to - <br />Id. A. Cecil $240.70 <br />Charley Geib 240.70 <br />R. 1J. Haviland 240.70 <br />out of the fund created by the payment to the Village <br />from said parties of the cost of a water main on Root <br />Road. <br />'1 <br />
