VA EREAS of ter due advertisement a bid was <br />received for the furnishing, hauling and spreading of <br />slag at ;2.40 a ton from Frank Boone, and <br />MHEREAS .this Council desires to accept the <br />bid of Frank Boone for the furnishing hauling and <br />spreadin of 500 tons of X46 slag at X2.40 a ton, <br />NOVd, TIMME- FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of Frank Boone <br />for furnishing, hauling and spreading 500 tons of <br />slag at2.40 a ton, for road purposes, be and the <br />same is hereby' accepted. <br />Section 2. The 'Mayor and Clerk be and <br />they are hereby authorized to enter into a contract <br />with Frank Boone for furnishing, hauling and spreading <br />500 tons of Jr46 slag at a >2.40 per ton, in accordance <br />with. said bid. <br />Section 3.
