Resolution No. 1454 <br />By Mr. - - <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APiRE OVING THE APPOINTIiiENT OF HARRY HIRD, CHRIS SCHttIIDT <br />AND GEORG3 BOWERS AS REGULAR BUS DRIVERS. <br />WHER]AS the Mayor did on the first day of <br />Larch, 1947, appoint Harry Hird, Chris Schmidt and <br />George Bowers as'regular bus drivers, and <br />S °IHEREAS this Council desires to approve <br />said appointments, <br />NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment by the <br />Mayor of Harry Hird, Chris Schmidt and George Bowers <br />as regular bus drivers be, and the same is hereby <br />approved. <br />Section 2. The term of each of said <br />regular bus drivers shall begin on the date of his <br />appointment by the mayor and continue during the <br />pleasure of the mayor and Council. <br />Section 3. The compensation of each of <br />said regular bus drivers shall be that compensation <br />provided for in the resolution heretofore' passed by <br />the Council of this Village fixing the compensation <br />of regular bus drivers. <br />Section 4. This resolution shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />Passed: March 4, 1947. <br />Mayor <br />r <br />
