Resolution No. 1447 <br />By Mr. Biddulph <br />A RESOLUTION <br />t AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO LEVY 3 MILLS <br />OUTSID3 THE TEN MILL LIMITATION FOR BOND RETIREMENT. <br />WHEREAS certain bonds of the Village ,were <br />issued prior to the effective date of the ten mill <br />limitation, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to levy an addi- <br />tional 3 mills outside the ten mill limitation and <br />within the fifteen mill limitation, provided it does <br />not raise the tax rate in excess of the rate for the <br />last year, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North' Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the County Auditor be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to levy 3 mills <br />outside the ten mill limitation and within the fifteen <br />millli.mitation for bond retirement for the tax year <br />1946, provided it does not raise the tax rate in excess <br />of the rate for the last year. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk be and he is hereby <br />directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the <br />County Auditor. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />Passed: December 17, 1946. <br />C er_ - Mayor <br />
