Resolution No. 1446 <br />By Mr. <br />r <br />A RESOLUTION <br />DIRECTING TIM AMERICAN SURETY COMPANY TO CANCEL <br />BOND NO. 92460 OF NORMAN READ. <br />IMREAS the American Surety Company issued <br />a bond, as surety for Norman Read, a bus driver, and <br />111HEREAS Norman Read is no longer with the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line and said bond should <br />be cancelled, <br />NOSY, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio:. <br />Section 1. That the American Surety Company <br />be and is hereby authorized and directed to cancel, <br />the bond of Norman Read on which the American Surety <br />Company is surety, being Bond No. 92460., <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be 'in _force from and _ of ter the earliest-period <br />allowed by law. <br />Passed: December 17, 1946. <br />C Mayor <br />
