Resolution No. 1445 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION TRUCK & <br />COACH DIVISION FOR TWO BUSSES. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement for bids for the <br />purchase of two motor busses for the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line, one' bid was received, _ to wit, from <br />General Motors Corporation Truck & Coach Division to <br />furnish two busses at $11,100.34 each, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to purchase two <br />busses in accordance with said bid, <br />NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of . North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of General Motors <br />Corporation Truck & Coach Division to furnish the <br />- Village with two General Motors busses at $11,100.34 <br />each, be . and the same is hereby accepted. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk and the Mayor be <br />and they are hereby authorized to enter into a contract <br />with General Motors Corporation Truck & Coach Division <br />for the purchase of said two busses in accordance with <br />said bid. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />Passed: December 17, 1946. <br />
