Resolution No. 1443, <br />By Mr.G <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE CLERK TO EXPEND NOT TO EXCEED $300.00 <br />FOR THE NECESSARY RE- WIRING OF THE SHELTER HOUSE IN <br />THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL PARK. <br />WHEREAS some of the electric wiring in <br />the shelter house in the municipal park is in a bad <br />state of repair, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to have <br />said wires repaired where necessary, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Clerk be-and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to expend a sum of <br />not to exceed $300.00 for repairing the electric wiring <br />- in the shelter house in the North,Olmsted Municipal <br />Park. _ <br />Section-2. Said re- wiring 'shall be done <br />under the direction of the Mayor. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after the earliest <br />period ,allowed by law. <br />Passed: December 3, 1946. <br />ZcVz% Mayor <br />
