Resolution No. 1442 <br />By Ivir <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUT.11ORIZING THE EXPE1MITURE OF SUi FICIENT FUNDS TO <br />PAY THE COST OF 300 FEET OF 2� INCH FIB HOSE AND <br />200 FEET OF 12 INCH FIRE HOSE. <br />VEEIZEAS this Village purchased fire hose <br />for the Fire Department which has proved to be defective, <br />and <br />I V 7T1_MM,,AS the company that sold- said hose has <br />agreed to take back the defective hose and replace the <br />same with new hose at a cost of about one -half of the <br />original price, and <br />1;tHEREAS this Council desires to purchase <br />said new hose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE., ., BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />Section 1. That the Clerk be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to return the defective <br />hose and purchase new hose in accordance with the offer <br />made by Harry Sutphen & Associates. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period allovaed <br />by law. <br />Passed; November 19, 1946. <br />
