That this Council hereby expresses <br />its opinion that it will grant to the City of Cleveland <br />Water Department the right to construct a water tower at <br />the southwest _ corner-of Dover Road and Lorain Road in the L <br />Village of North Olmsted,upon request from the City hater <br />Department. <br />Section 2.
