Resolution No. 1440 <br />By Mr. <br />A .R111;SOLU1'ION <br />APPROVING TIE APPOINTI,211T' OF ROY BALKER AS DEPUTY MARSHAL <br />VvHER :AS the acting Mayor did on the 30th day <br />of October, 1946, appoint Roy Talker as Deputy Marshal, <br />NO17, THu H'FORL, BE IT F'SOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Roy <br />Walker as a Deputy L,Iarshal be and the same is hereby <br />approved. <br />Section 2.. The term of said Roy Walker <br />as Deputy Marshal shall begin on the date of his appoint- <br />ment, October 30, 1946, and continue during the pleasure <br />of the Layor and Council.' <br />Section 3. The compensation of said Roy <br />Walker as Deputy Marshal shall be that compensation <br />fixed by the Salary Ordinance of the Village of North <br />Olmsted. <br />Section 4.
