Resolution No. 1435 <br />By fir , <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUrHORILING THE USE OF THE HOUSE IN NORTH OLIISTED <br />PARK BY JACOB BUBEL. <br />WHE F,'AS Jacob Bubel is acting as a part time <br />caretaker in the North Olmsted Park under the direction <br />of the Llayor, and <br />VraREAS this Council desires to permit the <br />said Jacob Bubel to use the house in North Olmsted Park <br />as a residence as part of his compensation, <br />NO`r'!, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Amsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Iiayor permit Jacob Bubel <br />to use the residence in North Olmsted Park for living <br />purposes while acting as caretaker in said Park. <br />- Section 2. Jacob Bubelfs right to use the <br />residence in North Olmsted Parkas his dwelling shall <br />continue subject to the pleasure" of the Ilayor and <br />Council._ <br />Section 3. Said Jacob Bubel shall occupy <br />said building free of charge except that he shall <br />perform such services as caretaker in the Park as the <br />Mayor may direct <br />Section 4.
