0 <br />Resolution No. 1582 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />TO PROVIDE FOR THE TERMINATION OF THE RENT CONTROL IN THE <br />VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO. <br />BE IT! RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. This Council has held a public hearing <br />after ten days' notice of the same by publication in the <br />"Fairview Herald ", a newspaper of general circulation within <br />this Village, on the question whether there now exists in <br />this Village such a shortage of rental housing accommodations <br />as to require rent control in this Village. As a result of <br />said public hearing, this Council finds and determines that <br />there, no longer exists such a shortage in rental housing <br />accommodations as to require rent control in this Village. <br />Section 2. The Clerk of this Council is directed <br />to submit this resolution to the Governor of the State of <br />Ohio, and on behalf of this Council to request his approval <br />of this resolution. If this resolution is approved by the <br />Governor, the Clerk shall transmit this resolution, together <br />with revidence of such approval, to the housing expeditor for <br />his action under the Housing and Rent.Act of 1949. <br />Section 3.
