Resolution No. 1581 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF THE NATIONAL COACH BODY REPAIR SHOP <br />FOR REPAIRING BUS #55 FOR $3300*00. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement a bid was received <br />from The National Coach Body Repair Shop to repair Bus #55 <br />for $3300.00, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to accept said bid; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of The National Coach Body" <br />Repair Shop to repair Bus No. 55 for $3300.00 be and the <br />same is hereby accepted and the Mayor and Clerk be and <br />are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the neces- <br />sary contract for the repair of said bus. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br />Passed: September 27.9 1949. <br />Mayor <br />
