Resolution No. 1580 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM BIERMAN AS AN EXTRA <br />BUS DIVER. <br />WHEREAS the Mayor has appointed William Bierm n <br />as an extra bus driver as of the 13 day of , <br />1949, and <br />- i <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to approve said <br />appointment; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: r <br />Section 1. That the appointment of William <br />Bierman as an extra bus driver be and the same is hereby <br />approved. <br />Section 2. The term of said William Bierman <br />as extra bus driver shall begin on the date of his appoint- <br />ment by the Mayor and continue during the pleasure of the <br />Mayor and Council; and his compensation shall be that <br />compensation fixed by Council for an extra bus driver. <br />Section 3.
