HANSEN COMPANY TO FURNISH ALL <br />LABOR AND MATERIAL NECESSARY TO COMPLETE AN ADDITION TO <br />THE BUS GARAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH DRAWINGS PREPARED BY <br />C. M.'HINSDALE,.AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO ENTER <br />INTO A . CONTRACT FOR SAME. <br />WHEREAS, after due advertisement, bids,were <br />received for furnishing all labor and material necessary <br />to complete an addition to the bus garage in accordance <br />with drawings prepared by C. M. Hinsdale, architect, to wit: <br />R. Hansen Company 170642.00 <br />R. S. Ursprung Co. 170900.00 <br />D. W. Rankin, Inca 17,950.00 <br />0. E. Jansen 18 085.00- <br />Edwin Lehder 19,245.00 <br />Brodess Const. Co. 190951.00 <br />Adorney Const. 210350.00 <br />John G. Taubman 219460.00 <br />and <br />WHEREAS the bid of R. Hansen Company was the <br />lowest and,best bid and this council desires to accept <br />same; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the bid of R. Hansen Company <br />in. the sum of $17,642.00 to furnish all labor and material <br />necessary to complete an :addition to the bus garage in <br />complete accordance with the drawings, plgns and specifications <br />prepared by C. M.Hinsdale, architect, be and the same is <br />hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Clerk be and they are <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract with R. Hansen <br />Company in accordance with said bid. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br />
