Resolution No. 1574Q <br />By Mr, �1 <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF FRANK BOONE FOR THE IMPROVEMENT <br />OF LUCYDALE AVENUE, FROM LORAIN ROAD TO THE SOUTH LINE OF <br />SUBLOT 39, BY GRADING, DRAINING AND SLAGGING SAME, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT <br />FOR SAME. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement, bids were <br />ieceived for the improvement of Lucydale Avenue, from <br />Lorain Road to the South line of Sublot 39, by grading, <br />draining and slagging same, and <br />WHEREAS the bid of Frank Boone was the lowest <br />and best bid; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of Frank Boone for <br />furnishing labor and material for the improvement of <br />Lucydale Avenue, from Lorain Road to the South.line of <br />Sublot 39, by grading, draining and slagging same, be <br />and the same is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Clerk <br />be and they are hereby authorized to enter into a contract <br />with Frank Boone for furnishing labor and material for <br />said improvement for the sum of $4430.00 in accordance <br />with said bid. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and EC ter the. earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br />Passed: September 6, 1949. <br />
