Resolution No. 1561 <br />By Mr. /'''` <br />A RESOLUTION <br />DIRECTING MEL HARRISON TO CLEAN THE DITCH THROUGH HIS <br />PROPERTY FRONTING ON LORAIN ROAD. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North_ Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Mel Harrison be and he is hereby <br />directed to clean out the ditch or water course running <br />through his property fronting on Lorain Road in the <br />Village of North Olmsted In order to remove stagnant <br />water being held up by reason of obstructions in said <br />ditch. <br />Section 2. The said Mel Harrison be and he is <br />hereby directed to comply with the direction herein <br />given within two weeks from the receipt of notice <br />hereof or the publication of the- same as directed,. and <br />if the same shall not be done by that time, the Village <br />will do the work at its own expense and collect the <br />amount thereof from the owner in the manner provided <br />by law. <br />Section 3, The Clerk be and he is hereby directed <br />to serve a copy of this resolution upon Mel Harrison as <br />the owner of the property through which said ditch passes. <br />Section 4.
