i <br />I <br />Resolution No. 1560 <br />By Mr. Bidwell <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF R. K. FISCHER RESURFACING VARIOUS <br />STREETS IN THE VILLAGE AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK <br />TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR SAME. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement, bids were <br />received for resurfacing various streets in the Village, <br />as follows: <br />R. K. Fischer ......... <br />25,970.00 <br />Ajax Petroleum Frodu cts Co ..... <br />28, 662.50 <br />and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to accept the bid <br />of R. K. Fischer, it being the lowest and best bid; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of R. K. Fischer for - <br />resurfacing various streets in the Village of, North <br />Olmsted be and the same is hereby accepted, and the Mayor <br />and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to enter into <br />a contract with R. K. Fischer for resurfacing streets in <br />accordance with said bid. <br />Section 2.
