j <br />Resolution No. 1559 <br />By Mr. Baumgardner <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF AJAX PETROLEUM PRODUCTS COMPANY <br />FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MARION AVENUE AND WEST 230th <br />STREET AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO ENTER <br />INTO CONTRACT FOR SAME. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement, bids were <br />received for the improvement of Marion Road, from <br />Claque Road to 4lest 230th Street and West 230th Street, <br />from the North Village line to Clifford Drive., by sur- <br />facing'same with bituminous macadam, and <br />WHEREAS the bid of Ajax Petroleum kroducts <br />Company was the lovest and best bid; now, therefore., <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of the Ajax Petroleum <br />Products Company for the improvement of Marion Road, from <br />Clague Road to West 230th Street and West 230th Street, <br />—from the North. Village Line to Clifford Drive, by surfac- <br />ing_ same with bituminous macadam, be and ,the same is hereby <br />accepted, and the Mayor "and - Clerk be''and t2iey are hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract with Ajax. Petroleum <br />Products-Company for the improvement of Marion Road, from <br />Clague Road to West 230th Street and West 230th Street, <br />from the North Village Line to Clifford Drive, in accordance <br />with said bid. <br />Section 2.
