TR <br />Resolution No. 1558 <br />By Mr. Baumgardner <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF AJAX PETROLEUM PRODUCTS COMPANY <br />FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF FRANK STREET AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR SAME. <br />WHEREAS, after due advertisement, bids were <br />received for the improvement of Frank Street, by <br />surfacing same with bituminous macadam., and <br />WHEREAS the bid of Ajax Petroleum ` Products <br />Company was the lowest and best bid; now, `therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of the Ajax Petroleum <br />Products Company for the improvement of Frank Street; <br />its entire length, by surfacing same with bituminous <br />macadam, be and the same is hereby accepted and the Mayor <br />and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized' to enter <br />into a contract with Ajax Petroleum Products Company <br />for the improvement of Frank Street in accordance with <br />said bid. <br />Section 2. -` This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest, period <br />i <br />allowed by law. <br />{ <br />Passed: May 31, 1949. <br />s <br />Mayor <br />1 <br />a _ <br />f <br />
