Resolution No. 1557 <br />By Mr. Baumgardner <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE LEASING OF A;LOT ON CLAGUE ROAD FROM <br />JAMES FRAZER. FOR PLAYGROUND PURPOSES. <br />WHEREAS James Frazer has agreed to lease - <br />to the Village of North Olmsted a parcel of land on Clague <br />Road, to be used for playground purposes, for the sum of <br />$1.00 for the 1949 season, with a right to cancel said lease <br />at any time upon sixty days' notice, and <br />17HEREAS this Council desires to accept <br />said offer; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />Village of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Village of North <br />Olmsted hereby leases from James Frazer a parcel of land <br />on Clague Road.for the 1949 season at $1.00 for said <br />1949 season; said property to be used only for playground <br />purposes; that said.lease may be cancelled at any time <br />upon sixty days' notice from said James Frazer. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />Passed: May 17, 1949. <br />
