Resolution No. 1556 <br />By Mr. Kramer <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF BEEBE.& ELLIOTT TO PURCHASE THE <br />OLD NASH AUTOMOBILE USED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br />V1HEREAS, after due advertisement, bids <br />were received for the purchase of the old Nash police <br />car, and <br />{ VIHEREAS this Council desires to accept <br />the bid of Beebe & Elliott' to purchase said Nash police <br />car for the sum of $p900.00; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />Village of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of Beebe & <br />Elliott to purchase the old Nash police car for the sum <br />of $900.00 be and the same is hereby accepted and the <br />Mayor and Clerk are authorized and directed to sell said <br />old Nash police car to Beebe & Elliott for the sum of <br />$900.00. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />Passed: May 17, 1949. <br />Mayor <br />
