y7 <br />t <br />t <br />Resolution No. 1555 <br />By Mr. Bidwell <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF BEEBE & ELLIOTT FOR THE FURNISHING <br />OF A NASH .AUTOMOBILE FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement bids <br />were received for the furnishing of a motor vehicle to be <br />used by the Police Department, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to accept <br />the bid of Beebe & Elliottto furnish a Nash automobile <br />for the sum of $2460.80; now., therefore, <br />BE IT .RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />Village of North Olmsted, State. of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of Beebe & <br />Elliott to furnish a Nash automobile for the sum of <br />$2460.80 be and the same is- hereby accepted and,the <br />Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and <br />.- directed.to purchase said automobile from Beebe & Elliott r <br />in accordance with said bid. <br />Section 2.
