p <br />Resolution No. / 4—w— <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION OF SYMPATHY <br />WHEREAS death has taken from our midst our friend <br />and leader, Lewis F. Decker, and <br />WHEREAS in his death the Village of North Olmsted <br />has suffered the loss of one of its most honored, beloved, <br />respected and distinguished citizens and the members of <br />this Council have lost a devoted friend and capable adviser, <br />and <br />WHEREAS it is the desire of this Council to express <br />to his family their heartfelt sympathy at this time, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />Village of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That we, the members of the Council of <br />the Village of North Olmsted, collectively and individually, <br />for ourselves and in our representative capacity, express <br />in this formal manner to the family of Lewis F. Decker the <br />deep sympathy of this Village. <br />Section 2. That this resolution be spread upon the <br />minutes of the Council of the Village of North Olmsted as <br />a memorial and a copy hereof, properly subscribed, delivered <br />to the family of Lewis F.
