Resolution No, <br />By Mr. A <br />A RESOLUTION <br />DECLARING IT NECESSARY TO IMPROVE DOVER CENTER ROAD, FROM LORAIN <br />ROAD TO THE NORTH LINE qF THE PROPERTY OF THE SUBURBAN LAND CORPORATION,' <br />BY CONSTRUCTING THEREIN A LATER MAIN. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of North, <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio, three- fourths of all members elected thereto <br />concurring: <br />Section 1. That it is deemed necessary and conducive to <br />public health,. safety and welfare to improve Dover Center Road, <br />from Lorain Road to the North Line of the property of the Suburban <br />Land Corporation, by constructing therein a water main, together <br />with all necessary hudrants, valves, tees and appurtenances, in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the <br />Engineer and now on file-in the office of the Clerk and Engineer. <br />Section 2. That the grade of said street shall be the <br />grade shown on the plans and specifications for said improvement, <br />which said grade and elevations are hereby confirmed and established <br />as the grade of said street. <br />Section 3. 'That the plans, sped fications, estimates and <br />profiles of the proposed improvement heretofore prepared by the <br />Engineer and now filed-in the office of the Engineer and Clerk be, <br />and the same.are.hereby approved. <br />Section 4. That the cost of said improvement, less 150th <br />thereof and cost of intersections, shall be assessed in proportion <br />to the benefits which may result from the improvement upon the follow- <br />ing described lots and lands bounding, abutting, adjacent and con - <br />tiguous to the proposed improvement, which lots and lands are more <br />accurately described as follows; <br />Situated in the Village of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Dover <br />Township Lots No. 5 and 6 and part of Original Olmsted Township <br />Lot 21 and 22, Tract 6, and further described as follows; <br />Beginning`in the westerly line of Dover Center (60 feet wide) <br />at its intersection with the southerly line of a parcel of land <br />conveyed to Fred Tuttle by deed recorded in Volume 5199, Page 165 <br />of Cuyahoga County Records of Deeds;; thence westerly along the <br />southerly line of land so conveyed to Fred Tuttle, to the south- <br />westerly corner thereof; thence northerly parallel with the center <br />line bf Dover Center Road, 329.00 feet to the northwesterly corner <br />of a parcel of land conveyed.to John W. and Captola Heller by deed <br />recorded in Volume 5816, Page 201 of said Deed Records; thence <br />easterly along the northerly line of said land so conveyed to <br />John W. and Captola Heller 27.67 feet to the southwesterly corner <br />of a parcel of land conveyed to Anna McCaffery by deed recorded <br />in Volume 5644, Page 207 of -said Deed Records; thence northerly <br />along the westerly line of land so conveyed to Anna McCaffery, <br />210.25 feet to the center line of Mill Road, 40 feet wide; thence <br />easterly along said center line of Mill Road, 121.80 feet tothe <br />center line of Dover Center Road; thence northerly along said center <br />line of Dover Center Road, 238.66 feet to a point; thence westerly <br />parallel with the southerly line of Original Dover Township Lot, <br />No. 5, and along the northerly line of a parcel of land conveyed <br />to the Village of North Olmsted by deed recorded in Volume 6271, <br />Page 376 of said Deed Records, 225.00 feet to the northwesterly <br />corner thereof; thence northerly parallel with said center line of <br />Dover Center Road 200.00 feet to a point in the southerly line of <br />said Dover Township Lot 5; thence westerly along said southerly <br />
