Jones, Solicitor of Shaker Heights, and <br />Raymond T. I� BY hIR1. <br />To provide for cooperation with the County Commissioners of Cuyahoga <br />County) Ohio, and the city planning commissions of certain municipalities in <br />said county, in the creation and maintenance of a Regional Planning Commission. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Planning Commission of the City (or Village) <br />of , Cuyahoga County, Ohios <br />SECTION 1. This Commission determines to cooperate with the County <br />Commissioner of Cuyahoga County, Ohio and the city planning commissions of all <br />such municipalities located in said county as may from time to time similarly <br />cooperate, in the creation and maintenance of a Regional Planning Commission, <br />cn the following terms; <br />I <br />REGION <br />The region for which the Regional Planning Commission shall be created <br />and maintained (hereinafter referred to as the "Region") is all of Cuyahoga <br />Couny, exclusive of any territory within the limits of any municipality not <br />g a city planning commission. <br />Upon the establishment of a city planning commission in any such named <br />municipalities, the territory of said municipality shall become part of the <br />Region. <br />1� <br />■ <br />■ <br />
