M <br />X <br />.UTHDRANAL <br />The City Planning Commission of any cooperating municipality or the <br />.County Commissioners may withdraw their cooperation hereunder at any time by <br />adopting a resolution so to do and delivering a certified copy thereof to the <br />Secretary of the Regional Planning Commission, Such withdrawal shall be effec- <br />tive upon delivery, but shall not relieve the withdrawing party of its obliga- <br />tion to contribute its share of the cost for the year in which the withdrawal <br />occurs, nor shall it withdraw for that year the party's territory for the Region. <br />XI <br />A?�.F�iJDi�iE�TT <br />These terms of cooperation may be amended by resolution adopted by the <br />Regional Planning Commission at any regular meeting, and confirmed by the County <br />Commissioners and the City Planning Commissions of a ma;ority of the participa- <br />ting municipalities within 3 months thereafter. <br />XI I <br />TIL11 OF TAKING EK EC T <br />These terms of cooperation shall take effect on May 1, 1947, provided <br />that prior thereto they shall have been agreed to by the County Commissioners, <br />the City Planning Commission of the City of Cleveland, and the City Planning <br />Commissions of eight other municipalities in Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 2 The Secretary of this Commission is directed to forward a <br />certified copy of this Resolution to the Clerk of the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners of Cuyahoga County. <br />t <br />
