-5- 1 Year of cooperation shall be paid during the month following the passage of the resolution for cooperation, and for subsequent years in January of each year. The remainder of such cost shall be paid by the County and the County Commis sioners will provide at least ~;15,000.00 in each calendar year for such purpose,, Payable at the times provided for municipal contributions. (b) Appropriations The Commission shall, at its regular January meet-A -,) ing in each year, make appropriations for its expenses for that year, which appro- priations may be modified or supplemented from time to time during the year, but shall at no time exceed the total amount received or due from cooperating munici-' Palities, plus the amount providdd or pror►iised to be provided by the county com- missioners. VII EMPLOYEES The Commission may authorize the employment of a director, and such engineer6, accountants and others as may be necessary, and fix their compensation. When so authorized, such employees shall be selected by the executive committee. VIII CERTIFICATION AND ADOPTION OF PLAN The Commission, after making the regional plan, or any change, supple- ment or abolition thereof, shall certify a copy thereof to the city planning com- n3•s3ion of each municipality of. the Region and to the county commissioners. The city- planning commission of any municipality to which such plan, change, supplement or abolition is certified may adopt the same,,and it shall thereupon have the same force and effect within such municipality as is provided tY'law or charter for plans prepared and adopted by said city planning commission. The county commissioners may adopt said plan, change, supplement or abolition so far as it relates to non - municipal territory. ` Said plan, change, supplement or abolition shall be of no effect in any municipality unless so adopted by its city planning, commission, nor in any non — municipal territory unless so adopted by the county commissioners. When so adopted, said plan, change, supplement, or abolition shall be certified to the Regional Planning Commission and filed with the county recorder, as provided by law. IX INCLUSION OF' STATUTES All applicable statutes of the State of Ohio are included in these terms Of cooperation and made a part hereof.
