Resolution No. 1538 <br />By Mr. Bidwell <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES BURNS AS EXTRA BUS DRIVER <br />WHEREAS the Mayor has appointed Charles rns <br />as extra bus driver as of the S day of , <br />1948, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to approve said <br />appointment; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the .Village <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment by the Mayor <br />of Charles Burns.as extra bus driver be and the same is <br />hereby approved. the term of said Charles Burns as extra <br />bus driver shall begin on the date of his appointment by <br />the Mayor and continue during; the pleasure of the Mayor <br />and Council. <br />Section 2. The compensation of said Charles <br />Burns shall be that compensation fixed by ordinances or, <br />resolutions of the Village of North Olmsted for bxtra bus <br />drivers. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed I <br />by law. <br />Passed: October 5, 1948. <br />--Clerkayor <br />
