Resolution No. <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT <br />WITH AMERICAN BUSLINES, INC... A DELAWARE CORPORATION, <br />PROVIDING FOR THE USE OF THE BUS TERMINAL AT EAST NINTH <br />STREET AND SUPERIOR AVENUE IN THE CITY OF CLEVELAND AS <br />A TERMINAL FOR THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE. <br />WHEREAS the Village of North Olmsted is operating <br />a bus line for the benefit of the residents of the Village <br />of North .Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS it is necessary to provide terminal facilities <br />in the City of Cleveland for the use of said bus line, and <br />IMEREAS American Buslines, Inc., has tendered to <br />this council,for its approval, a lease agreement as <br />hereinafter set forth; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor and Clerk be and they <br />are hereby authorized and directed.to enter into a <br />contract with American Buslines, Inc., providing for <br />the use of the bus terminal at East Ninth Street and <br />Superior Avenue in the City of Cleveland as a terminal <br />for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, which contract <br />is as follows; <br />■ <br />t <br />
