Resolution No. 1534 <br />By Mr. Crider <br />A'RESOLUTION <br />CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF ADAM VWSHING AS <br />ASSISTANT BUILDING INSPECTOR. <br />WHEREAS the Mayor has appointed Adam Wershing as <br />Assistant Building Inspector as of September 15, 19480 <br />and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to approve said appoint - <br />ment; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Adam Wershing <br />as Assistant Building Inspector by the Mayor be and the <br />same is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The term of said Adam Wershing as <br />Assistant Building Inspector shall begin on the date of <br />his appointment by the Mayor and continue during the <br />..pleasure of the. Mayor and Council. <br />Section -3. The compensation of said Adam Wershing <br />as Assistant Building Inspector shall be 0112.50 for the <br />remainder of the month of September, 1948 and $225.00 <br />per month for each month thereafter. <br />Section 4. He shall furnish bond in the sum of <br />01000.00. <br />Section 5. This resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is <br />necessary for the daily operation of a municipal department <br />of the Village and for the immediate preservation of'public <br />health, peace, .safety and welfare that this resolution be <br />passed at once and shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after its passage. <br />Passed: September 14, 1948. <br />- - -- Clerk— ayor <br />
