<br />The minutes of January 2s 1951 and January 99 1951 were read and approved.
<br />Ordinanae #862 was introduced by Mr. Bawngardner. An Ordinance amending Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance #810 passed April 18, 1950. It was moved and
<br />seconded that the statutory rW.e be suspended and the Ordinance be read imae-
<br />? diately the second and third times and put on its paasage. The affirmative vote
<br />? on said motion was as follows: Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddocks
<br />Scott. Thereupon the Ordinance waa read the second azid third times and put

<br />? It was nnved and seconded that the compensation of Charles Willey and John
