It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be sus- <br />= pended and the Resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put <br />? on its passage. In this connection the Engineer <br />reported that the contractor will lay 5" vitrified.crock if we furnish the crock. <br />The Engineer was instructed to get prices on the tile. <br />The Engineer asked the Council approxdmately how much money could be spent on <br />road topping this year. The matter was referred to the Finance Commi.ttee. <br />The Engineer reported that the estimated cost of a water main on Stearns Hoad <br />from Lorain lioad to the north line of Bernard Stearns property is 06.02163 per faot. <br />' Resolution #1715 was introduced by Dr. Lewis. A Resolution declaring it necessary <br />to improve Stearns Road from Lorain Road to_the northerly line oP Bernard Stearns <br />' property, by constructin.g therein a water main.
