ADJOURN'ED MEETTNG <br />Jan. 27, 1950 hiinutes of an Ad3ourned meeting of the Council of the <br />Village of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Present were C. J. Oviatt, Mayor, 'E. Baum$ardner, F. Hatton, <br />R. Paddock, B. F. Scott. lt4r. Crider and IV1r. Kram.er were absent. <br />Ordinance #798 was introduced by NIr. Hatton. An Ordinance to <br />amend the Zone map and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of North <br />Olmsted by changing from a residence district to a retail <br />•business district the land on the south side of Lorain Road <br />at the southeast corner of Lorain Road and Lucydale Ave., to <br />wit, sublots 19 and 20 in the B. J.Lucey Allotment. The above <br />Ordinance was given its first reading only. <br />Moved by Mr. Baumgardner seconded'by Mr. Hatton that the Clerk <br />be instructed to advertise for public hearine on Ord. #798. <br />rtYeas" Baumgardner, Hatton, Paddock, Scott. <br />Bond of Ray Helt as Treasurer, in the amount of $4000.00, by <br />the American Surety Co., of N.
